1. Understand your homeowner's policy.
It is important to understand what kind of coverage your policy provides for the damage and cause you are dealing with. If your policy is unclear, be sure to reach out to your insurance company with questions.
2. Give us a call for a free storm damage inspection.
We will come out to assess and document any damage we find. Based on information you give us and our findings, we will send you a report that will include pertinent information including photos, date of damage and directions to follow to file your claim.
3. File a claim with your insurance company & set up a time with the adjuster.
Upon receiving your claim, the insurance company will contact you to set up a time for an adjuster to come out and quote the work that needs to be done and will be covered by insurance. We prefer to be present at this appointment so you have a preferred contractor to advocate on your behalf to get the best result for you.
4. We will take it from here!
Once your insurance company approves the claim and sends over the quote, we will work with you to ensure the damage is taken care of and your home is left as good as new!
